JEHRY ROBINSON’S 20/TWENTY OUT NOW ON STRANGE MUSIC

Jehry Robinson’s genre-jumping 20/Twenty is out now Strange Music. On the album, Robinson mixes reggae flavors, euphonious pop, rapid-fire yet melodic rap, and a tinge of rock into a boundary-bending 20-song set.

On the album, Robinson delivers emotional confessions with dynamics and diversity, “I’m taking all of those genres and emotions and fusing them into one sound,” he explains. “You’ll get the happy side. You’ll get the depressed side. If there is a reggae vibe or rock energy, that’s just how I felt that day. That’s the blueprint of what 20/Twenty is- I’m leveling up this hybrid and bringing it to the next plateau”.

Whether it be the reggae guitars of “Closer to the Sun” -the emotionally charged message of “Daddy Issues” (ft. Jelly Roll) – the island swing of “No Refund”- the blistering rap of “Daylight” (ft.
